Request Re-Routed for Cyber Risk False Positive

What issue are you seeing?

Building a traffic analysis tool for my own platform that includes device profiling. Have been using 5.3 Codex ExtraHigh to build the entire thing until about an hour ago when my request to review the current phase implementation for any obvious bugs or issues was redirected to 5.2. 019c6ef4-e7b5-7f81-a6ad-106fb190355c

Didn't get a notice saying my account was flagged for cyber security issues, however the specific thread in question says:

Heads up, your request was re-routed to reduce cyber-abuse risk. Think this is a mistake? Request a review at chatgpt.com/cyber or report via /feedback

I went to chatgpt.com/cyber, didn't see any way that I could request a review, attempted to verify, passed the Persona check with my valid US/California DL and was met with "Your identity couldn't be verified or your account is ineligible at this time. If you think this is a mistake, please contact support.". I tried to contact support as it said to do, which resulted in me needing to wait for an email in an unknown number of days.

There is no reason I can imagine at all why I wouldn't be able to pass verification, especially having a successful career here in the US in cyber-security for the last 10 years... lol. This is a bit of a joke guys...

I would love to get some guidance on how to at least get verified so I can avoid being re-routed to 5.2 when I actually do want to tackle security issues?

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I don't really know, there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason what makes Codex decide to redirect a request to 5.2 for reducing cyber-abuse risk. I tried doing the same review again in a different thread, and so far, I haven't been redirected to 5.2.

What is the expected behavior?

Not redirect my request to 5.2.

Additional information

Maybe actually provide some actual documentation and criteria for something like a forced verification process to access the model I pay $200/mo for - that you guys didn't even make me aware of? Further to that, it would be really great if I could understand why i'm not eligible for verification as I can't fathom any reason why I wouldn't be.

Codex 5.3-ExtraHigh was quickly becoming my go-to model and this experience immediately leaves me questioning if I can rely on Codex at all.
