Choose gpt5.2 xhigh maually but it sometimes change to medium during the execution

I used /feedback to generate the bug report.

It happened multiple times.
I selected the model as 5.2 xhigh. But I would find that the thread is executed as 5.2 medium.

After I re-select it, it works as expected.
