When using Codex, I encountered a problem where I needed to verify my identity via Trusted Access for Cyber. I uploaded my ID card, but I couldn't get through.

I've researched the agent, but it didn't address any vulnerabilities, which is very confusing. I've also been actively cooperating with the authentication process, but your verification procedure definitely has problems; using a German ID card simply fails the verification. I ensure my photos are clear, not expired, and are from the listed countries.

Never gonna KYC for this. Its Mass Surveilance at its finest and will kill OpenAI.
Despite repeated testing, verification still failed, and I couldn't even find an entry point for manual review. Even if you're an AI company, shouldn't you have someone to handle these complex situations? And Persona also has NFC functionality, so why can't it be used?
