I'm being downgraded to 5.2 and get the prompt below. I'm a PRO user, my organization is ID verified since months. I also verified again with cyber, but get a "your ID couldn't be verified or you're not eligable" error. What is happening? Can I please use the products I've paid for - never did anything remotely wrong.
