How to use o4-mini again?

I didn't like the concept of blindly going into a new model on my projects until seeing how others faired, so I had not updated and had been continuing to use o4-mini until yesterday, when it stopped functioning and the specific version removed from OpenAI. I updated and tried out Codex mini, but I don't like it.

How do I use o4-mini again? When I try to use it, OpenAI rejects the requests....

Reason I do not approve of codex model:

It keeps adding watermarks to my code without permission which is highly invasive and unacceptable imo, such as adding a "Powered by OpenAI Codex" in a app. It's not powered by OpenAI Codex. Codex helped build a front-end for an existing CLI software. This sort of behavior shouldn't exist in a coding model considering all the tasks at hand it may be doing.
