Pressing "n" should not cancel a tool call

Pressing the letter "n" cancels codex's request for a tool call. So if I was already typing a message when the tool call came in, if I happened to be typing a word with the letter "n" in it, I accidentally cancel codex's tool call. Minor inconvenience, but makes me not want to type the next message because I don't know when the tool call requests will come in.
