[Enhancement] Pin TODO List to the bottom

What feature would you like to see?
I have in my AGENTS.md to always use TODO list to give visual feedback on progress, but it will paste it and then it just scrolls off screen so its effectively useless, it would be nice if the TODO list got pinned to the bottom above the input field or something so that you can always see your progress.
