compact issue

when context is low, sometimes the compact say conversation disrupts

the message is this:

internet is fixed , so the issue is something else , the remaining context is 5% and i use 5.3 codex model on xhigh settings

windows 11 , and latest build of the codex is installed, experimental features like agents are enabled
