File changes Undo button does NOT work

The codex file changes button simply does not work. It does not do anything, at all, whatsoever.
Codex haphazardly proceeds to make changes to the code after simply being asked a question, without any implication of call to action. This has been an issue ever since Chat mode has been removed.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
- Ask codex to make some changes to the code across multiple files
- Click Undo button in the file changes block
What is the expected behavior?
The undo button works (or Chat mode is brought back)

could you please fix this issue? It's been like this ever since I started using Codex. It simply do not work!
Thanks for the bug report. This is a duplicate of #3567. And I'm happy to say that we think we have a fix for this problem in the next release.

turns out running wsl code . in powershell doesn't actually launch vscode in wsl. works after manually switching it to wsl or running wsl, then code . in the project folder
@etraut-openai no you didnt fix because it doesnt work... i lose many things on my project because i cant undo the changes codex did... that sucks... first time with codex and so disapointed
