issue: Codex deleted my entire dev drive

I had it explain what happened but basically I asked it to delete a few dirs in my current workspace and it complied but 'accidentally' used recursive deletion instead of explicit file targets and deleted the ENTIRE drive (windows) not even to recycle bin but just gone. I'm not even mad im impressed.
