docs request: publish an official agent teams workflow reference

Summary
Could the team publish an official, centralized reference for current experimental multi-agent / team workflow (lifecycle, task tools, messaging tools)?
Why
Users currently piece together behavior from code and release notes. A single canonical guide would improve adoption and reduce confusion.
Suggested scope
- Team lifecycle (
spawn_team/wait_team/ close/cleanup) - Task tool flow
- Messaging/broadcast flow
- Configuration notes and safety caveats
Prior PR context
I attempted to contribute repo docs in PR #12531, and understand docs source is maintained outside this repo. Opening this issue to request the official docs update in the correct source.
