"Open In" IDE choice should be at a project level

What feature would you like to see?

When working with multiple projects (repositories) in the Codex app, we often have an IDE preference for each project. Currently, if a particular IDE is selected in the "Open In" selector, it applies to all threads across all projects. It would make a lot of sense, if this setting is applied on a project level.

It would also be cool if the App could intelligently choose a default based on the primary language of the project and the available IDEs.
Eg: Java -> IntelliJ / Eclipse, Python -> Pycharm etc.
