Allow codex to manage thread names

What feature would you like to see?

In order to be able to jump between tickets on the board and a long list of threads, it would be great if we could use a skill or AGENTS.md instructions to define our own thread naming conventions (like ticket prefixes). It would need to allow for dynamic renaming, since sometimes the ticket is created by codex itself after some experimental planning or even implementation phase (so the thread name would have to be updated along the way)
