What issue are you seeing?

When I scroll down in the codex app, on chat and settings screen it displays this debug looking screen that you can see on the screenshot

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Just open the codex app and open any project

What is the expected behavior?

Debug area with bomb icon shouldn't be shown in the production app
