Support Codex Cloud with GitHub repositories hosted on GHE.com

What variant of Codex are you using?

What feature would you like to see?
Currently Codex Cloud works only with repositories hosted on GitHub.com, but not GHE.com (used for GitHub Enterprise Data Residency customers). Authentication flow and API access is pretty much the same between the two domains with some small adaptations between them.
This would make it possible for enterprise customers such as ourselves to use Codex Cloud.
