Thanks for the bug report. I looked at your logs, and this looks like a network connectivity problem. Are you using a VPN or proxy? If you're on an enterprise network, you might want to get help from your IT department.
I use a VPN. Now, I can continue the chat without the retry bug again. I don't know what cause the problem.
