Weekly Reset Rollover Bug

What issue are you seeing?
12hrs before the Weekly usage limit was in the 40s, but now it is at 0% when checked in the morning.
The next reset is in around 3hrs.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
Opened the codex app after mac update to Tahoe.
What is the expected behavior?
The usage should be same until the reset window resets the utilisation.
