I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary. Just normal prompting as I work on a single feature.
What steps can reproduce the bug?
I can't send any requests right now.
What is the expected behavior?
I have 99%+ remaining on all of my usage stats; I shouldn't be getting throttled.

Same issue here, it started for me after hitting the 5 hour limit yesterday. Now there are plenty of usage left.

Just try restarting IDEA - helped for me. Last resort - open new chat. But of course they should fix this.
Thanks for the bug report. This was a transient issue due to server overload at a peak usage time. It is mitigated for now, and we're investigating a more permanent fix.
