Codex usage limit without using it

What issue are you seeing?

On the 24th, I saw that I had over 50% usage left, but when I checked today, I saw that I had already used 100%. The last red bar is for the 24th, and I am 100% sure I haven't used it anywhere; even the graphs show no data for any other day.
