get "Oops, an error has occurred" when create(or open) threads in certain project

What issue are you seeing?

I was doing things in one project and all things went well, and I saw the "update" button, so I clicked it the day before yesterday. And then all all things were getting messed.

The app break down and showed "Oops, an error has occurred"; I thought maybe it should be hotfixed soon, because the bug is triggered by an update. So I waited for a day (yesterday), but today I still could not use the app at all!

I open the app, and soon the "ooops" shows. I serached for the issues, and maybe I really get some large threads, so I open the .codex folder and mannually move some threads to the archived_sessions folder.
This helped only for some minutes, but if I open any of the threads(even short ones) in one project, it crashed and show "ooops"; this would not happen if I open threads in other small project.

EVERY DAY THIS BUG NOT FIXED I WASTED ANOTHER DAY FOR MY PRO PLAN!

What steps can reproduce the bug?

the project is format_toolbox, maybe this will help, it is the thread I try to rush to write in this project. Now I could not even open it in the app
