Voice transcription stops functioning after a little while

What issue are you seeing?

Voice transcription seems to stop working after a little while whether you actively use it or not

What steps can reproduce the bug?

• I launched codex in a terminal tab ~1 hour ago
• I transcribed something but then left the prompt as is - walked away for 1 hour
• Came back, deleted the prompt and tried transcribing a new one - nothing happens. It displays the ascii progress bar but then nothing gets transcribed at all.
• The same can be reproduced in other tabs I had opened where I was actively transcribing successfully when suddenly after an hour it stops working
