Dictated text does not appear

What issue are you seeing?

When I hold space, I see that Codex is listening. The graphic changes when talk, so it has access to the microphone (also confirmed in the microphone privacy settings). However, no text ever appears. The text does not appear in the session log (the rollout file) either.
