chatgpt.com/cyber doesn't allow me to start verification

When I tried to verify my identity via "chatgpt.com/cyber", I saw the message "Your identity couldn't be verified, or your account is ineligible at this time. If you think this is a mistake, please contact". The platform doesn't even allow me to start the verification process. I am a Ph.D. student at the Technical University of Munich, and my main research focus is fuzzing; therefore, I would like to verify Trusted Access for Cyber. Could you please let me do the verification?
