What issue are you seeing?

The sort order in the resume picker is not sticky.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Launch resume picker with codex resume.
2. Hit TAB to change sort from Created at to Updated at.
3. Select a session & then quit at some point.
4. Launch resume picker with codex resume again
5. The picker sorts by Created at again instead of the Updated at.

What is the expected behavior?

The sort order should remain at the last selected value.
