English is not available in Settings -> Language

English doesn't exist in the language list.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Go to Settings -> Language.

As a temporary workaround, you can manually edit the file .codex/.codex-global-state.json and set the localeOverride value to en-EN.

Codex IDE extension has the same problem. There is no way to set language to English (at least in GUI way).

Thank you, please remember to fix it together with the language settings of the IDE Extension.

I had to use en-US to get it working.
