The limitations of GPT-5.3-Codex-Spark can be seen using /status, but not /model. It's not clear whether Plus users can use Spark models.
We need a function that clearly displays whether Spark can be used when /model is executed.

The spark model is currently available only to Pro subscribers.
Plus I would suggest either making the limits invisible while the user can't use Spark, or showing Spark in /model but greying it out so it can't be selected.
the web ui has some bug where it is showing it for plus users.

Yeah. both the web UI and also /status shows the limits. Frustrating to see a 100% remaining where we cannot actually use the model :/
