The Japanese descriptions are incorrect when displayed using /Status.

"1時間あたりの制限：5:" should be "5時間の制限:"
for 5 hours limit

"1日あたりの制限：7:" should be "7日間の制限:"
for 7 days limit

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Japanese UI, and /Stauts.

What is the expected behavior?
