Can't set thread as Unread when thread is open in Codex App

P2 priority IMO: When chat thread is open > mark unread from side panel > thread doesn't get marked as unread (likely because, since chat thread is open, it is immediately getting marked as read - fix logic to mark as unread immediately and clear it only if user interacts with the chat thread)
