Thinking messages & info not appearing.

What issue are you seeing?

I recently updated VS Code + Codex and now everytime i type a prompt and hit send; It would be stuck on "Thinking ...." and won't update at all. But to fix that i would have to scroll up on the chat then scroll down again for the new messages to show. But if any new messages appear from codex i would have to do the same thing again so it's not a perm fix.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Get the latest Codex IDE extension, latest version of VSCode. (Not 100% guaranteed since this might also be a isolated issue)
