Unable to switch interface language to English

What issue are you seeing?

After updating Codex App to the most recent version, the interface language is auto-detected to the OS-configured language. As my OS-configured language (Norwegian) differs from the language I want the interface of Codex App to be in (English), I attempted to change it in the app's settings. To my surprise, English was not listed as an option (see images).

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Update to most recent version, 26.228.1430 (760)
2. Go in the app's settings and attempt to switch interface language to English
3. Observe that English is not listed as an option

What is the expected behavior?

English should be presented as an option for supported interface languages.
