Cannot change language to English

What issue are you seeing?

My system language is Turkish, but I was using codex in English. After latest update, my language settings changed to auto detect and the list doesn't have English as an option on list. So we need to use

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I guess you need to change the system language to anything other than English and try seeing English on list.

What is the expected behavior?

Additional information

I've checked online and some other people are having same issue with having different system languages, so that might not be related to Turkish.
