When hitting $ then typing, we should see skills in the local repo in addition to skills in the central codex location (and, of course, by typing $local-skill-name it should be invoked.

./skills is not a supported path for project-local skills. You should use either ./.codex/skills or ./.agents/skills. For more details, refer to this documentation.
