Make thread context available to environment setup scripts

What feature would you like to see?

I'd like to be able to access thread context (title, initial prompt, etc.) in an environment setup script. My use case is to create a branch automatically when a worktree is created (based on the title of the thread) but I can imagine other use cases for this. Perhaps making these things available as env vars makes the most sense but open to other solutions!
