What issue are you seeing?

I left my Codex session on for several days, and I'm getting this message today:
"Your access token could not be refreshed because your refresh token was already used. Please log out and sign in again.

Unable to refresh the token, using all the methods provided by chatgpt.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I uninstalled the extension and reinstalled it, but I'm still getting the same message in the Codex chat. Before, there was a login request, but now there isn't even one.

What is the expected behavior?

My Codex usage progress bar is gone; instead, I just see: Session:
