Looks like upgrading codex to 107 kinda solved the issue temporary for me, but not sure about the definitivity of this workaround. Maybe some system prompts changed without backward compatibility, as even https://status.openai.com/ isn't showing any active issues

I don't think the upgrade fixed the isue as I stayed on 106 and everything started working again. It seems like it was a blip, but it was a pain as I had multiple agents running and everything failed.

@openresearchtools, the problem you're describing sounds very different from a connection issue. Could you please file a new bug report and provide relevant details? If possible, use the /feedback command to upload logs and then include the thread ID in your bug report so we can investigate further.
