My account was flagged for suspicious use while having codex 5.3 develop a full testing suite for a python-based prediction market trading program. I literally have not done anything related to security at all on this.
What steps can reproduce the bug?

No idea what caused it so I don’t know how to reproduce
What is the expected behavior?
Nothing should have happened at all. The expected behavior would be me getting what I’m paying $200/month for.

thanks. I was able to resolve by signing out all my devices and signing back in exclusively to the desktop app
The problem has been mitigated. We're resetting rate limits to compensate everyone for the inconvenience.
