Cannot manually set Codex language to English

Codex automatically detects the system language. On my machine, this defaults to German.

I would like to manually set the application language to English, but English is not available in the list of selectable languages.

The only available options are:

• Auto (which defaults to German for me)
• A long list of languages that does not include English

As a result, it is currently not possible to use Codex in English.

Expected Behavior

English should be available as a selectable language in the language settings.

Actual Behavior

English is not listed as an available language. The only way to use English would be via auto-detection, which defaults to German in my environment.

Impact

Users who prefer English cannot explicitly select it and are forced to use the auto-detected language.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Open Codex on macOS
2. Navigate to language settings
3. Open the language selection dropdown
4. Observe that English is not available as a selectable option

What is the expected behavior?

English should be available as a selectable language in the language settings.
