Did this error just occur, or did the error occur many hours ago and you're just reporting it now? We had an incident about 9 hours ago that caused this problem, but it was quickly mitigated (in under 10 minutes), so you should no longer see this problem.
@etraut-openai it did occur a couple hours ago and I am reporting it now, I was not aware that this was already fixed(im guessing this means 5.4 is coming out soon)
