I keep getting ■ {"detail":"Bad Request"} in most of my threads

I'm using the Codex desktop app but keep getting {"detail":"Bad Request"} every few messages.
I tried clearing my ~codex folder but that didn't help either.

I also tried the CLI just in case, but same problem there.
