After upgrading from 0.106.0 to 0.107.0, codex won't start. It hangs forever. Even codex help and codex --help hangs.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Install 0.106.0 using brew
2. Upgrade to 0.107.0
3. Type codex in a terminal and press enter
4. It hangs
