Codex app-server exited unexpectedly

What issue are you seeing?

After installing the Codex app, it fails to start and an error window appears with the following message:

Codex app-server exited unexpectedly (code=3221225781, signal=null).
Most recent error: None

What steps can reproduce the bug?

1. Install Codex app from Microsoft Store.
2. Start it.

What is the expected behavior?

The Codex app will open.

Additional information

I tried clicking “Open Config.toml,” but nothing happened.
I checked %USERPROFILE%\.codex and didn’t even see a file called Config.toml.
