I’m using a custom provider behind the scenes that requires a custom header (specifically X-Requested-With).
is there a way to pass a custom header?

@Tamir-Schwarz I just merged https://github.com/openai/codex/pull/1473, but I haven't cut a release with it yet. Does that look like it will work for you?
