Ephrmale thread when starting a worktree

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

i don't know, there is no about anywhere in the app

What issue are you seeing?

creating a new thread with a worktree creates a thread where there is a constnat message above the composer saying "Current working directory missing
This thread's working directory no longer exists"

git repo is unrecognized and could not be created:

What steps can reproduce the bug?
