No file links on Unstaged screen

What version of the Codex App are you using (From “About Codex” dialog)?

About Codex is nowhere to be seen

What subscription do you have?

ChatGPT Pro

What platform is your computer?

Windows 11 x64 (not, "Unexpected token '$(' in expression or statement.", which is the result of the suggested call

What issue are you seeing?

Screen shows "Open the file to review changes directly", but provides no links to actually do that, nor does the screen say what the files are.

You may as well embed a scrollable frame here to view the diffs (also don't reinvent the wheel, the VSCode-style diff view is a good one and their MIT license allows you to drop it in as in, to my understanding).

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Have large unstaged files -> Toggle Diff Panel

What is the expected behavior?

Some way to view what files are referenced is surfaced.

Additional information

The best solution here is to find a way to show the diff and add a link to a full featured editor
