Codex app: Display a badge count in the dock for awaiting approvals

What feature would you like to see?

Codex does a good job of showing notifications when it's done taking a turn or needs an approval. In the case of approvals, it'd be great if it was either the default, or configurable, to use badge notifications on the dock/cmd-tab app icon.

I take approvals to mean "the app needs your attention to proceed" which is certainly higher intent than the agent just finishing a turn. Given that, I'd recommend _not_ using the badge notification for unread conversations, but instead just reserve it for pending approvals.
