Codex VSCode extension shows excessive amount of ads on Plus account

What issue are you seeing?

In the duration of a single conversation, Codex extension has spammed me with 3 ads for fast mode already:

Aside from full overlay ad, there's also panel ads above the the prompt box for the same things.

This is unacceptable. I want to work. Just let me work.

1. Use latest codex extension

What is the expected behavior?

I can use the extension without ads on Plus account
