Sidebar stuck on infinite loading spinner on macOS (app version 26.305.950)

What issue are you seeing?

The sidebar is stuck on an infinite loading spinner. Main content area loads fine ("Créons ensemble" + workspace name), but the sidebar never finishes loading.

The app was working normally this morning and broke suddenly without any system changes. Same account works fine on another computer.

Troubleshooting attempted (none resolved):

Quit/restart multiple times
Full uninstall + reinstall
Deleted ~/Library/Application Support/Codex
Deleted ~/Library/Caches/com.openai.codex
Deleted Saved Application State & preferences
Verified no proxy, firewall, or DNS issues
API connectivity to api.openai.com confirmed working
