Very low usage limits with gpt 5.4

I've gotten barely 14~16 hours of work done with GPT 5.4 high/xhigh before depleting ~80% of my weekly usage

Up until GPT 5.4's release yesterday it was impossible to hit weekly usage like this even using 5.3-codex-high/xhigh exclusively on multiple projects

take a look at the last two bars thats from GPT 5.4 use compared to a month ago. Without this 2x promotion, it is impossible to incorporate GPT 5.4 to my workflow without taking a big hit to the weekly limits

What steps can reproduce the bug?

just run a few tasks with gpt 5.4-high and xhigh for several hours and you will see the weekly usage limit is depleted

What is the expected behavior?

Even if gpt 5.4 is more expensive than gpt 5.3 codex it shouldn't be hitting weekly usage limits this fast especially with the 2x promo going on.

I think OpenAI team has done a great job with GPT 5.4 and its great as a daily driver, its capable of running tasks autonomously for several hours at a time and has a sassy attitude that I dig
