Week hasn't been started yet, but it applied last week's quota to upcoming week, this is first day of the week and weekly limit is over and i didn't use it from 0 in the beginning of the week, not just this time, i've noticed multiple times that Codex is highly opaque and erranous in calculating usage limits.

All this happened despite false promise of double usage limits till April.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

just use and see often.
