This look like a local issue you have with ipv6/ipv4.
Your pc or router try to connect via ipv6 then give up to v4. the smoking gun is the 5 tries.
Check your config.
I encountered the same problem, but when I rolled back the codex to an older version(26.217.1959 (669)), the issue was resolved

did you disable ipv6 ?
how can I do that? Found no doc on how to configure that in codex.
